Giving primarily to arts and cultural programs, education, health care, youth development, and human services, the Argyros Family Foundation was established in 1979 in CA by George L. Argyros, a successful real estate developer. George is also the former United States Ambassador to Spain and former owner of the Seattle Mariners baseball team. The leadership transitioned to the next generation, with George’s daughters Stephanie and Melissa (Lisa) Argyros serving as Co-CEOs.
