Arvida Book Co. is a woman-owned independent bookstore in Old Town Tustin offering a curated mix of new and used books. Arvida is committed to cultivating a thriving community of readers and writers, broadening access to literature, and igniting meaningful conversations and the exchange of ideas. Arvida serves as a vital literary hub and one of Orange County’s few true “third places”—spaces beyond home and work where community and connection flourish.

In early 2025 they launched the Arvida Book Co. Foundation to support the work of getting residents access to books regardless of income, background or circumstance.
