Katherine's experience with epilepsy inspired her debut children's book, The Weather Inside: the story of Katie & Bones. Based in Southern California, she shares life with her beloved service dog Bones. Through her writing, Katherine hopes to foster a greater understanding of invisible disabilities and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in a gentle, compassionate and positive way.
